« Cute condo right next to Lift Bridge. Well stocked condo, comfy beds and easy check in/check out process. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back sometime soon. »

« Parking is offsite yet I do not recall any mention of that when booking. Also the entrance to the hotel from Superior, street entrance cross the street the from parking structure, did not allow of entrance to the hotel, only exit. This seemed odd given this entrance appeared to have been setup with keypad access at one time. »

« It is a nice looking hotel with good breakfast and great location. Our heater did make noise but we didn't complain so I don't know if they could have/would have fixed it. It is a fairly long walk from EV charging (they don't have their own) so I might not stay there again but I love being the closest to the liftbridge. »

« Everything was inside the building with shops, three restaurants, and brewery. Fitger's is right on the lake shore which is great and you can walk to Canak Park. »

« Such a great stay. First 20 minutes we were there we decided we will definitely be staying again, and that opinion remained the whole time. Great views, great location, quiet, and staff was exceptional. Sauna is a huge bonus! »

« Historic Hotel with Unique suites and a great vibe. Not your traditional hotel but exactly what we were hoping for. The ambiance was perfect both in the hotel and in the Rathskellar Speak Easy in the basement. »

« Recycling option in addition to the trash bin would be nice. Also, There was only one regular coffee pod and two decaf. There should always be at least two regular. Everything else was great! »

« From the time I walked in the door, every employee was very friendly and helpful and sometimes went out of their way, I will definitely stay here again and refer it to others! »

« Not super great. The room was below average. There was a lot of very weird things going on in the parking garage that you have to use for the hotel stay. Drunk kids and strange people all over in there. Maybe it is just the downtown area there is a lot of drugs and homeless. »

« The room was clean and beds were comfortable, However, the building itself is extremely outdated and the area around the property does not feel safe. There was some kind of ‘deal’ going in the outdoor parking area on Saturday with several cars involved. »
