« Dirty. Stains everywhere. Coffee maker in room didn’t have the tray. Smelt very dingy and unsanitary. That’s not even the worst part. This property has issues with the pool which was an amenity. I did not read through reviews to find this out before, but rather found out after. If they advertise a pool, have a pool available, otherwise it is false advertising. « A convenient location in a very friendly community. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was overall clean but has a slightly unpleasant smell that air refresher couldn't cover. Breakfast can use a little more varieties. »

« A very clean, quiet hotel. Plenty of parking for trailers or boats, the concrete is a bit uneven in places so watch your step. Not fancy but fairly priced. Good honest local small business, I choose to stay here every time I come to International Falls! »

« The location was great, the price was affordable, and for being an older motel, it was well-maintained and clean with amenities such as a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The window boxes filled with beautiful flowers outside each room added a homey touch and showed the attention to detail of the caretakers. We would definitely stay here again! »
