'We stayed at this home June 12-June 14, 2026 for our grandson’s wedding. The home was clean and well supplied with kitchen appliances and supplies. Our host was very prompt in answering any and all questions I ask her. Helen'

'The house is in a neighborhood that felt very safe. There were people walking their dogs in the evening. The host was very good to help in every way that we needed. You really can sleep 14 people at this house. The back yard backs up to a parking lot for the local Walmart. The house sits just off of a busy road. It provides convenience, but you can hear some noise from it. The house was clean and the showers had good water pressure. There is not an ice maker, so we will got some from Walmart....

'This was the perfect place for a weekend trip to the Flint Hills. Love the small town friendliness of Council Grove. We walked to local restaurants and the brewery, didn't need our car in town at all. Apartment was very comfy and I loved the decor. Kitchen seemed appropriately stocked. We didn't cook so can't say for sure we would've had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy - wished we would've looked at the brand before we left, ha! Despite a bar across the street and other residents...

'very very peaceful. It's an old farmhouse, so has a couple quirks and an odd floorplan, but it worked very well for us, and the serene location was perfect.'
