« We had asked for a roll away bed and it was not in the room. Clerk said it had to be on the reservation form and it was but she said it wasn’t. I said I picked a room that slept 5 to which she said none of our rooms sleep five. I said you might want to correct that on Expedia. She said Expedia never gets any thing right. »
