'The elevator was out of order and remained so throughout our entire stay. We were moved from our selected king bed room to a queen bed/accessible room in order to be on the first floor what with no elevator. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was adequate though nothing special. The motel exterior had NO sign indicating it was the Holiday Inn.'

'I rarely write reviews because my spouse and I are pretty low-maintenance travelers. But after this stay, I felt compelled to share our experience. This was our first stay here—and definitely our last. From check-in, things were disappointing. The front desk clerk was largely unresponsive, and we had to flag him down to check in.
