'It’s okay but the photos lie a bit'

'The staff in the breakfast room was great! The coffee was fresh and hot! The room was not heated. A space heater was provided and worked well but unfortunately that is not what we expected or paid for. We were afraid to leave it on overnight and woke up to a cold room. Please rectify for the next guests because I plan to recommend to friends.'

'Location is great, right off the highway but no highway noise in rooms. Staff was friendly and quick to get us checked in. Fitness room was clean and there’s a nice riverwalk path to run or walk on just outside too. A few restaurants to pick from within walking distance.'

'Beautiful location on the Wilmington River Walk. Lots of restaurants a short walk away. FLO level 2 EV chargers a couple blocks away. Well laid out comfortable rooms. Bedding and pillows fresh and comfortable. Nice size kitchen for small meal preparation. Large, bright breakfast area with Eggs, Hot Oatmeal, Meat, Potatoes, and cold cereals.'

'Fix the front door step…I tripped coming in. It was late but I completely sober. Check your footage. Every thing else was fine. Eric'

'Much better than a standard chain hotel. Definitely a step up. Breakfast was varied including scrambled eggs and sausage, waffle maker, coffee, juices, fruit, muffins, bagels and cereal. This staff was very pleasant. Nice to get a discount at local restaurants and takeout places. Parking in their garage was convenient. However, $25 a night is a bit much. They only hand out parking passes for the number of spaces they have. So you are guaranteed a spot.'
