« This place is immaculate and the host makes sure you have everything you need. Several items not normally found in rentals such as snacks, cold drinks in refrigerator, and even a few small bottles of wine are put there by the host. It is in a very nice and quiet location. I wish all rentals were as nice as this one! »

« This adorable little cottage worked perfectly for us to stay close for our early morning manatee excursion! It was supplied with coffee and there was a microwave and air fryer for warming up leftovers. Do double check your email and make sure you can see the check in instructions- we couldn’t find them in the app or on email, so had to contact the host directly to get checkin instructions. Otherwise it was a very smooth stay and host was very responsive! »

« The pictures are NOT accurate. We did not even stay 2 hrs. Mouse poop on floor, no stove, no washer or dryer. Patio covered in dirt chicken poop and leaves. Patio furniture was discusting and dirty. You didn't even want to sit on it. Yard. Not mowed. Junk sitting all over. Do not book »

The heater worked great, though it’s a different kind of unit with a remote and a quick Google search told us how to set it. No big deal.
