'It started out as a pleasant enough experience, but once the desk clear announced my room number being a single female, and there’s two gentlemen standing behind me I thought that was a rule number one of hotel check to never verbally say a room number. It was a first floor room. There was people all night long on their phones in the hallway. Lord knows why they were in the hallway. Dogs were barking. 'Not a pleasant stay. Musty hallway & room. Zero housekeeping & stayed from Friday to Tuesday. Air conditioner was glitchy. Staff was minimally friendly. Needs updating badly. '

'When booking our reservation the selection was for a mobility accessable room with roll in shower. What we received was for a hearing impared person. The shower was not roll in, there were no. Grab bars or transfer seat. When checking with the front desk she starts the reservation request did not come from Expedia for wheelchair access'

'Get your key system fixed. We were locked out of our room the morning of check out. This is the second time this has happened in our last two stays. The door key had to be reset both times. This is just unbelievable now of days with the advancement in technology. '
