Villa's in Noord-Colorado Springs

'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. 'Some of the front counter staff were rude. The hotel was freezing and several people were complaining. Not enough elevators to handle the amount of traffic in peak season. Breakfasts and happy hour food was rotated every day for three days and then rotated over again. If you’re there for more than three days you may be disappointed. They did have a staff member making fresh pancakes at breakfast. That was a plus. The free happy hour drinks were a nice bonus but they only had one bartender which...
