'Bezoek was tijdens het laag seizoen. Kamers waren sober en vochtig ,waarscheinlijk door zware regen van de afgelopen weken. In het restaurant was maar een gedeelte van de menu kaart verkrijgbaar. Maar eten was wel van een zeer goede kwaliteit.'

'This is a property with a breathtaking view of the Ooty huills and valleys. The cottages are good although they now require a fresh coat of paint inside. Food is decent and the breakfast spread is very good and so is the dinner buffet. Hotel staff are helpful and response to the calls is quick. Hot water timings are restricted in the mornings and evenings but that's not too much of an issue. The hotel helped us with a immersion rod beyond the normal timings so that was very helpful. 'We hebben ons verblijf als prettig ervaren. Het geheel was keurig en netjes verzorgd. De beheerder als het personeel heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ook al de maaltijden smaakten voortreffelijk! Mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar netheid en daarom verkies ik volgend jaar weer dit hotel.'
