Upon arrival they informed me that I had booked my rooms through Expedia and Expedia never sent them the reservation so they didn’t have our rooms. They wanted to offer me two rooms to accommodate all 5 adults. 'Check in took some time my reservation was not easy to find. I had been in transit for 24 hours with many problems with gate changes etc. The more I stay in Minagua I realize Los Pinos was the best for me. '

'We arrived in Managua late evening and Casa Lucia had a driver waiting for us.Claudio greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel at home. Claudio and his mother were very accommodating. The breakfast menu had a nice variety and the coffee was excellent. Location was great, bars & restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.'

'Montebrisa is een prachtig huis in een weelderige tuin.we hadden het hele huis voor onszelf. De service is fantastisch en we kregen een uitgebreid ontbijt. '

'Super Unterkunft - wer allerdings auf Wifi, Elektronik oder Ähnliches angewiesen ist, sollte sich eine andere Unterkunft raussuchen. Wir hatten einen täglichen Stromausfall. Ab abends war es dann meist wieder funktionsfähig. Und das Wifi war grundsätzlich eher mittelmäßig wenn es vorhanden war. Das Frühstück ist gut. Die Hütten direkt am Strand waren allerdings toll und sehr naturnah. Nachts hört man die Wellen rauschen. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. :) '

'Come here for authentic Nicaraguan lifestyle. Simple bedrooms, cold showers and Mom's cooking. Mark is very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Mark hosts every meal and invited guides to inform us about hiking the volcanoes and arranged a 4-wheeler to come directly to the hostel which was very convient. Don't stay here if you are expecting luxury. Property is conviently located near Altagracia but removed enough from the tourist scene. Three adoabrle kittys made it even to harder to leave this...

'This hotel did not meet our expectations. The room was dirty, didn't have proper curtains (only half of the window could be covered), the toilet couldn't flush. The only plus was the breakfast, which was really nice. Nonetheless, very expensive and not as good compared to private rooms in most hostals we've stayed in since. '
