B&B in Niagara Falls - Western New York

'Kathrine is a most gracious hostess and has worked diligently to make her accommodations a comfortable stay. '

'It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip. The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice. I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that. Breakfast was decent but hardly chef-prepared. We learned to ask questions about...

'Everything was very clean and well equipped for an old house. It was fun to stay somewhere a little different, the house is full of history and is cute and quaint.'

'The stay was very comfortable, the food very good and plentiful, and the host and staff solicitous and very friendly. The location is just as advertised--very easy to get food or walk to the trails, Niagara State Park and the casino. I don't know that I would walk the neighborhood alone late at night, but it felt perfectly safe for everything else. We stayed during the early phases of reopening during COVID, so our perspective due to boarded shops, etc. may be a bit skewed.'

'Cute and comfortable room with access to kitchenette. Great communication from host. Close to Erie canalway trail.'

'Great old mansion located in town. Beautiful details in house. Very comfortable bed.Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Lots of parking on property. We come for the Rock City rock and gem show. We’ll be back next year.'

'The room was clean, the house beautiful and the host made a wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed talking to her.'
