The chef’s kitchen is outfitted with Viking Professional appliances, granite counter tops, bar seating for two, and is fully stocked with everything you and your sous chef need to create an amazing meal. The living room is the perfect place to cozy up after a long day, or to enjoy a movie night in. The sofa contains a queen-sized pullout bed and sleeps up to two guests. Just off the main living area you’ll find the primary suite. The king-sized bed with luxury hotel linens and plush pillows awaits you for a dream-filled night of rest. Savor the spa-like en-suite bathroom with oversized vanity, custom marble mosaic tile, and tub and shower combo. From the living room, the steps up lead to the private rooftop deck! The residence accommodates carport parking for one car and has access to full laundry amenities in the carport closet, which can be accessed from the ground floor.
