Newly renovated Duplex steps to the sand 3bd/4bath

This newly renovated and updated duplex is just 5 houses from the sand!
Upstairs unit has 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, large living area with fireplace, dining room, and full kitchen.
Large balcony is accessible from this unit, which includes a BBQ and seating area..
Washer and dryer is available on the side of the house.
The beds are very comfortable with cozy linens and featherbeds and down comforters. Sleeping comfortably is a must for our family. The bathroom arrangement is unusual as each bedroom has it's own bathtub/shower and the upstairs has an extra full bath making it 3 bedrooms with 4 baths, including a jacuzzi bathtub in the master.

This property is close to everything you would like for the area. The beach is a short 1/2 block (50 yds), grocery store is a walk, bike ride away. Bike rental is 1 block, restaurants and shopping is a walk down the boardwalk which we enjoy daily when we are there.

Property and location were perfect. Very nice apartment decorated nicely and everyone having their own bathroom was a bonus. Keurig coffee maker with pods was a special treat. Kitchen needs a few additional items. More cutlery, there was only enough for 4 and additional coffee cups. Other than that, all was great!Thank you!

Perfect getaway and great location

We had such a terrific stay!! It helped that the weather was amazing while we were there… The owner, Tim, was quick to respond to all of my questions before I decided to book, as well as after I booked, sending an email with clear instructions for check-in the day prior.Everything is pretty accurate in the description of the place. It was very clean & pretty roomy for our party of 6. There’s both a full-sized coffee maker & a Keurig coffee maker to brew a single cup, though surprisingly there were not many coffee mugs to use. Not sure if they somehow wandered off to the downstairs unit or not but we just bought disposable hot cups to use. We had access to garage parking & there was also parking on the street though timing is everything. There were PLENTY of beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys & buckets for little ones, spike ball (though the actual ball to the game was missing) as well as a wagon to use if needed. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach so you could easily run up to the house to go to the bathroom (there are 4!!) or grab anything you may have forgotten.We walked to the Newport Pier every day that we were there, so it wasn’t too far. We also rented bikes for a half day and found the house to be pretty equidistant to Balboa & Huntington Beach.I highly recommend this place for your small group! We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of the balcony & the gas grill to cook up a nice dinner, so hopefully we’ll be back!

Great location and condo!

The condo had most everything we needed. It could use some more kitchen supplies (like a casserole dish and salad bowl) but if you don’t plan to make meals, it wouldn’t be a big deal. We planned to make our meals at the condo so not having these items made things difficult. The 4th bathroom was a bonus and the beach was only steps away. We liked that it had a fireplace and heating/air. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend stay!

The unit is adorable and set up perfectly. We took my son and 3 friends for his 16 birthday. All amenities were wonderful. The couch is different than in the photos but it still fit us all fine. Loved having the master on one end of the unit and the other rooms on the other. Quiet neighborhood just close enough and just far enough away from the busy of the beach. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Incredibly located rental home that is a two-minute walk to the beach. The rental was clean, well-stocked, and Tim was an incredible host. He even went the extra mile to return ship an article of clothing that I left!

Wonderful Location, Space and Owner/Manager.

You will be delighted to be so close to the beach. It's just a block away and the property has everything you need to enjoy it. The bedrooms are lovely and well cleaned. The kitchen is well equipped as are the bathrooms for your basic needs. The space is large enough for at least 6 (3 couples or a family) and we were only three so had plenty of extra space. The owner and manager are very kind and helpful throughout If especially needing a break form the pandemic and fires. - you can't go wrong with choosing the great get away !

Memorial Day fun!

Clean and conveniently located

My husband and I and two other couples enjoyed our stay at this property. It was one of very few at this price that had three bedrooms with king or queen beds and en suite bathrooms (the master bedroom actually has two bathrooms!). The house is one block from the amazing beach and has plenty of chairs and beach towels.
