Step outside and you’re just 30 feet from water and sand. Casa de Balboa’s beachfront Casas are located by the largest bay beach in Newport—19th Street/Mother’s Beach—at Marina Park. The Casitas are tucked just around the block on 20th Street, behind the Casas.

Whether you’re planning a holiday escape, a family reunion, or wedding festivities, our multiple units in one prime location can accommodate up to 41 guests. It’s the perfect setup for groups who want to be together, yet still have their own space.

On Our Beach:

Children’s state-of-the-art play park, sailing center, and basketball court. Summer camp programs on our beach thru Marina Park Recreation.
The Lighthouse Café, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner right on the sand
A public dock for easy boat passenger pick-up and drop-off
Paddleboard and kayak deliveries straight to our beach
Bike rentals just around the corner

Holiday Magic:

Every Casa and Casita is beautifully decorated for the season, complete with a pre-lit tree. You can experience the world-famous Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade—it turns right in front of the Casas! Watch from your deck, courtyard, or walk around the block (Casita's) for views in both directions. The 2025 parade runs December 17–21, with fireworks on the first and last night and one evening featuring live music, food, and local vendors on our beach at Marina Park.
