'Property was very run down. Room was clean enough but lots of bugs in bathroom. Lots of soiled areas in the bathroom as well. No one at front desk twice and no way to notify that someone was waiting. Property manager apologized.'

'The Wilder House Berkshires is a lovely inn with helpful, friendly staff and delicious food! My well-appointed room (#1) was spacious, the bedding was luxurious and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a roomy shower. All amenities in the room seemed to be recently re-done. Laura, the inn-keeper, was especially friendly and chatty! Her breakfasts were wonderful with a choice of options. 'Oak’n’Spruce is a lovely resort in a wonderful area of the Berkshires. Very nice amenities, along with pools, tennis, mini golf, ping pong and other family activities. Best of all, it’s a short drive to the charming town of Stockbridge, a short drive to Tanglewood, and another short drive to Jacob’s pillow, a wonderful indoor and outdoor dance performance venue. We stay there often, and always makes four a cultural experience and wonderful family time.'

'Na beoordeling van anderen gelezen te hebben waren onze verwachtingen niet erg hoog gespannen. Maar wij waren heel tevreden. Vooral blij met het ontbijt. Dat was simpel maar wel inclusief fruit en yoghurt. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Enige minpunt was dat de kamers erg gehorig zijn. Personeel zou gasten niet in aangrenzende kamers moeten zetten (indien mogelijk).'
