'The hotel is centrally located to many of the areas attraction. Unfortunately, however the hotel is located in a section of town that I did not feel particularly safe to walk off the grounds.'

'This property is so tidy throughout and William the host was welcoming and very helpful.
The rooms are large, the price affordable for a layover to catch a ferry
Every necessity was thought of for the type of guest William receives.
10 of 10… not fancy, doesn’t pretend to be and super linens and clean.
The continental breakfast was an additional surprise. Thanks William. We’ll be back on our next ferry crossing. '

'The hotel canceled my reserved and paid for room on the day of arrival without prior notification. When I arrived at the hotel shortly before midnight, I was told they could not honor the reservation and that they were fully booked. I was getting stranded in the middle of the night.'

'We stayed in the king suite as we were travelling with a toddler. Spacious room with plenty of space for toddler to play around. Pool was great, it was not cold like other heated pools that I have been to. Breakfast was average. The only issue I had was that despite the hotel having a 3pm check-in policy, my room was not ready until 4pm. Apparently the front desk did not mark the room as checked out, and was therefore not cleaned. This was very frustrating especially that we had a toddler.'
