'Please hire more people as DIANA ( later will understand why). I went through a night mare the first night I was put in a smoking room. The lady that checked me in never asked me at the desk. When I booked through expidia I put no smoking but I didn’t know that room to asign at arrival ment they would give me a smoking room. I went at the lobby they said nothing to do there is no rooms and I think they ever tried. One of them told me to reach expidia which I did and they couldn’t do anything...
