Villa's in New Bullards Bar Reservoir

'We found the spot last minute due to rain making camping difficult. They were very helpful and accommodating for our late check in. Much less expensive than staying in Nevada City while still being an easy 10 min drive back to town to explore downtown Nevada City and get dinner. In the morning we had a good/filling buffet style breakfast before getting back on the road to explore the country roads and swimming holes. Will be recommending to friends as an easy alternative to camping when...

'It was excellent for the price, and I have no complaints. It is within easy walking distance to downtown. My only wish is that they upgrade their in-room coffee service. Instead of offering the powdered chemicals they call "creamer", offer real half and half. It's not a big leap, and it's a huge improvement.'

'When I went to check in, they tried to charge a 500.00 deposit because the room was booked over the phone. The staff were NOT courteous nor helpful and I was turned away, to go find another room last minute.'
