Villa's in Nevada

'The house was absolutely perfect. It looks modern, sits in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms were large enough and beds were comfortable. Close to everything. Could not be happier with our choice to stay here.'

'Perfect perfect perfect , perfect area in Vegas to get around, pool and backyard amazing , host amazing , can’t wait to return next year! If you are thinking about booking this property DO IT'

'Beautiful home with everything you need. The pool was so nice to have! Everything was perfect.'

'This place is a miniature resort'

'The floors in the main kitchen, dining room, and family room were very dirty. The couch in living room was virtually useless for us; it's uncomfortable and looked dirty as well. There are TV's in the living room, but there is no where comfortable to watch. A couch that we could sit on would have made a huge difference for our stay. The backyard looked neglected. The pool, waterfall and slide were great. There are 2 lounge chairs (?) outside but they are dirty and mis-shapen. No other lounge...

'What a spectacular home for our family of six to spend quality time together in a relaxing and spacious environment. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was amazing. We wanted to offer the strip and this home was definitely fit the bill. Such a peaceful neighborhood great sleep. The strip and the Sphere were only 20-25 minutes away. I would definitely rent this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you for opening your clean, family friendly, beautiful home to our family!'

'We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home. It was warm and cozy and had great amenities. It was in a great location and was perfect for us. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend! '

'Everything was good'

'Best Vacation ever! Accommodations excellent '

'This house is in an excellent location between Summerlin and the Arts District. It is very clean with a great pool area and we had great communication with the host. We would highly recommend it and would come back again for sure !!'

'Host was easy to communicate with, the house was great for a big group. It was clean, and worked well for us. '

'Overall quite good. Some inconvenient shower plumbing issues which I hope would be remedied before next occupant. Very nice lake access. We would return. Host very responsive.'

'Communication with the host at least initially was poor as I hadn't received the initial check in code key info and finally had to call VBRO who got in touch with the host Natalia. I'd also like to point out that once we were in the house Natalia was very responsive to my many requests. Now for the house issues. The SPA tub was very dirtly to the point of none of us were going to use it. Rocks seen on bottom as well as residue, cloudy water etc and some dirty paper plates left on the side of it....
