'Amazing pool, decking gets really hot in the summer. The house is beautiful and very comfortable for large groups.'

'In the 2 story house the Furniture in the common areas was dated and some a bit run down. Couch that was near the kitchen should be replaced. Any problems we had were taken care of quickly when we let the host know about them.'

'Great house. Very convenient if you are attending a conference at LVCC. Host was prompt with communication and house was in great shape. Quiet neighborhood fun property.'

'Communication with the host at least initially was poor as I hadn't received the initial check in code key info and finally had to call VBRO who got in touch with the host Natalia. I'd also like to point out that once we were in the house Natalia was very responsive to my many requests. Now for the house issues. The SPA tub was very dirtly to the point of none of us were going to use it. Rocks seen on bottom as well as residue, cloudy water etc and some dirty paper plates left on the side of it....

'Advertised for 10. 3 chairs dining, 2 bar stools - less than photos. Pots and pans minimal and in terrible condition. Utensils not enough for 10 as well as plates, cups, etc. Garbage all over. Glass in backyard cut guest foot. Bathroom lock not working. Shower wouldn't drain. Pistachio shells all over yard. No iron or blow dryer. Had to find towels for indoor. Outdoor towels were not in place where told. Very disappointed for our celebration of life for my sister and family reunion.'

'This property is family friendly. Stores are really close to property, quiet neighborhood. Communication was great with renter.'

'Very nice house big property lot. Neighborhood is full of huge property lots.Very quite area, pool is a good size so is the Jacuzzi, you definitely can't find this size pools at a home now days here in Las Vegas. All and all I highly recommend this property for your Vegas vacation.'
