'I feel I cannot say enough nice things about this rental! It was as presented in the description and communication with Tricia was prompt, courteous and helpful. I forgot a bag when we checked out and she arranged for me to pick it up. The condo was clean, tidy and well appointed. Instructions were well posted. The sofa bed was comfortable and my friend and I were both able to have our own bathroom. Such a nice view. '

'We were unaware of the extent of renovations and construction work we would encounter. Husband found and threw away at least 6 screws/nails on the pathway. Having dogs it was a concern it might hurt them. I understand it can happen, just pointing it out. The construction would begin 730a-6pm every day and I know we were told about hours of operator which I thought started at 8am at the earliest. The construction crew were hard working and considerate as much as possible, so I appreciate that.3)...

'The pictures were a bit deceiving. The properties condition was quite outdated. The pictures made it look much nicer than it was. I didn’t get a notification of the spa being broke down until I booked the room with no refund. The room next-door had a notification from the sheriffs department that it was being condemned and all the items inside were being auctioned off. The jackhammer that started outside of our room on the final day (at 8 am) was the cherry on top of our crappy experience here....

'The Groovy Mermaid is an exceptional rental that had everything we needed and more. We very much appreciated the local Left Coast coffee bags to make a mini pot of coffee before we headed out for our day. The rental was clean, well maintained, and cute as heck! I really appreciated having enough towels, and a comfortable bed for my birthday beach vacation. And of course... the million dollar view! We would absolutely book this rental again! Perfect location. Just a note- this is on the third...

'We love this place it’s our second time renting this room. Lots of space and dog friendly. There was a lot of dog hair on the couch and some hair bunnies in the bedroom and a couple other corners. I absolutely love the how comfortable the bed is thank you for letting us check in early '
