'Perfect location for my needs. Off street parking was appreciated. Thank you for the coffee and muffins! The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe. The only suggestions I would make is that Wi-Fi access for the TV would have been nice to have so I could have logged into my streaming services but it’s not a big deal. I appreciated you checking in to make sure I was comfortable.'
