« We loved our stay here. The condo was just as described and we had a wonderful trip. The view and location are great. We will be back! »

« Liked the view of the sound and sunsets. Condo was good, but some areas show wear and tear. Bathroom mats and bed linens need to be replaced. Rust stains on bathroom floor. Kitchen was adequate but could be better stocked. Chairs in deck box were rusted and unusable. Back door deadbolt didn’t work. No major issues but a little TLC would make a good condo, a great condo. »

« If u like memory foam u will love the beds, but we don’t. So beds were not comfortable for us. The living room tv did not work the entire time. Someone was supposed to come look at it but nothing was fixed so we couldn’t watch tv in the living room the entire trip. Bedroom tvs did work. Otherwise very nice condo! Worth the money. »

« Absolutely loved this property. It was clean and the minor issues we had were promptly addressed. Although the pool is right outside the unit, the noise never bothered us. »

« Condo1204 is definitely the nicest condo at Bell Mer. Navarre is a hidden treasure, still with minimal congestion and Beach chairs only one row deep. The condo fit 10 of us (all Adults ages 19-61) with plenty of room. The furniture is top notch, and the location is fantastic with views of the bay and the beach. Super clean and comfortable. Just a perfect condo for a large group and the owners are top notch as well!! »

« I wanted a place where you could hear and see the ocean from the room. It’s a short walk to the beach and easy access to the bay. The condo is a little out dated but clean and a good deal for the money. Check in/out couldn’t have been easier. We had stand up paddle boards so we spent time on them in the bay and had some great beach time as well. We were there mid-May and the weather was perfect and all restaurants were open but not crowded. I will be looking to do this again. »

« I loved my stay! The only issue I had was that I was unaware that the pool was closed! Now, saying that, I still had a wonderful time and realized again just how much I enjoy the being on the beach!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!😉 »

« Perfect spot to walk to the pier and a couple of restaurants that were nearby. The view of the beach and ocean was perfect. Communication with the property manager was the only issue I had as far as getting a parking permit for my vehicle which took a few days to receive. Nice property would use again. »
