'Clean rooms , great staff ,'

'Very clean and the front desk clerk, Aria, was amazing. She was so helpful and polite. The room was clean and had lots of nice amenities, but the beds were really hard and I couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to work correctly. Maybe just user error. My biggest issue was being charged for breakfast and being told both in my reservation confirmation and by front desk that it was served til 10am. We get there at 9am and the lady there told us breakfast was over and they were not making more food....

'Room was clean, staff were kind & helpful, needs were met throughout our stay, & breakfast was a great spread of options. BW Texas waffles sealed the deal!!
