« They don’t serve breakfast. We were assigned to a suite for special needs. problem was the beds were very low and squeaky noisy. We were on the second floor and above us the people were so loud and were stumped so hard. Walking around the room. They were up until 3 am . We complained to the front desk about the beds and the noisy people above us they didn’t say or did anything about it. I was so disappointed with the service. Never again will stay in this place. »

« Very disappointed with our stay. After returning to our room Friday night, we found hair everywhere—in the shower, on the bed, on the floor, and even on the back of the bathroom door. I called the front desk, but was told there was no manager, no housekeeping staff, and no available room to move us to.
