Hôtel près de Huebner Oaks (San Antonio)

« Spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, good breakfast, and gated parking. »

« First room spelled like mold or like something water was in the air. Kinda smelled like BO also. Asked for a new room. Smelled freshly cleaned. No complaints until packing up when my child found a roach. Pool area not very clean. Hot tub very cold. Allergic reaction after using the pool. »

« Everything was good nice room but it smelled like a locker room they need to shampoo those carpets . And up front desk help should be more customer friendly. When we checked out the girl up front was not very friendly . She did not even thanks us for our stay. She said nothing. Thought it was very unprofessional. »

« The shower head didn’t work. They don’t provide shampoo or conditioner. There were roaches in the room. Stains on the sheets. Sketchy people everywhere. Had dogs howling all night next to my room. Lady upfront was great but couldn’t do anything because property was just bad all around. »

« Floors were not cleaned in restroom I had just arrived to my room and there was dirt and hairs on the floor »

« Good motel, friendly staff. We stayed only one night. The room was clean and spacious. Only the bath tub could be refreshed ! »

« Clean rooms friendly staff »
