'Me and my family stayed at this hotel for a week. At first, there was a little mess up about one of our rooms (we booked 2 queen size but only got 1) but it wasn’t too big a deal since we were all family anyways. Plus the hotel provided us a small rollover bed. What we really enjoyed was the super friendly staff. Everyone we met at front desk was nice and helpful. 'It’s a good hotel for the price, I needed to stay one night on NW S.A. The pool was nice and clean which was a plus for my daughter, she enjoyed the water for the hour she was in and I enjoyed the sun beating down on me😁(one word, “UMBRELLA”)'

'I’d actually give them 4.7 stars, but that wasn’t an option. The most important thing, that I greatly appreciate, is the staff. I needed assistance 3 times, from 2 different people, and they were both SO nice, and helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about my stay. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because the shampoo and conditioner in the shower had been emptied and filled with water, and I didn’t notice until it was too late and I was already in the shower.
