The Space:

Set in a modern West End community, this comfortable condo is a great fit for city breaks, concert weekends, and family visits. The bright living area has a smart TV and a cozy fireplace for relaxing downtime, and sliding doors open to a balcony with city views—perfect for morning coffee or an evening wind-down.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for cooking at home. A laptop-friendly workspace makes it easy to check in with the office or plan your day’s adventures, and in-home laundry keeps packing simple. When you’re ready to get out and about, enjoy on-site community amenities including a seasonal outdoor pool and a fitness center. WiFi and one on-site parking space are included.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: 1 parking spot is included; you may park in any numbered space. Additional visitor parking is available in non-numbered spaces or on the street, first come, first served.

• Elevator/Access: There is an elevator in the building maintained by building management. If it’s unavailable, stairs will be required.

• Pool & Gym: The pool and fitness center are communal amenities. The pool is seasonal (typically Memorial Day–Labor Day) and weather dependent. Hours and availability are set by the building/HOA and may change.

• Washer/Dryer: In-home washer and dryer are available for guest use.

• Pet Policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets. If evidence of a pet is found, we’ll need to arrange additional cleaning.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location logistics: You’ll be close to Centennial Park/The Parthenon, park trails, Hillsboro Village, Elliston Place, Belcourt Theatre, and Love Circle Overlook, with easy rides to downtown attractions such as Broadway, The Gulch, Music Row, and Bridgestone Arena.
