« We stayed here for our girls trip and we had the best time. The condo was very nice and clean. You need to download an app which you use to unlock all of the doors. This made us feel very safe and secure, especially since we are females in our early 20s. The location itself was great, however it was a little sketchy at night. It’s about a 20 minute walk downtown, so we just Ubered which was about a 6 minute drive. Overall, it was a great trip and we would definitely book again!! »

« Everything about our stay was great! The condo was perfect for us, two couples. Kim really does stock the condo with just about anything you need. The pool was lovely and helped make this feel like a vacation. Easy walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Plenty of places to eat around the condo as well (Jonathan's was a group favorite!) This is the only place I will stay anytime we come to Nashville. »

« Great location easy to find very secure with coded elevator and door entry. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. Fantastic train watching location, elevated tracks are right above your windows within 50 feet or so. Trains run approximately two to three times per hour day and night on the the days we were there a Tuesday and Wednesday your train mileage may vary on other days. You can quickly get used to the deep rumbling sound of the trains unless a train has malfunctioning brakes screeching....
