City skyline fills the windows on every side, and the single-level layout keeps the whole group together on one floor from check-in to checkout.



Sleeping arrangements

Eight beds across four bedrooms and a living room sleeper give twelve guests room to spread out and settle in. Three Queen Master Suites offer private retreats for couples or anyone wanting their own space within the group. A Double Twin Bunk Suite works well for those happy to share a room. A King Memory Foam Sleeper in the living room rounds out the setup. Extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage throughout mean everyone can make themselves at home - whether the stay is a long weekend or an extended stretch of 28 days or more.



Living spaces

The open living area is built for groups who plan to spend time in as well as out. Cushioned seating, a TV, a record player, and a sound system make it easy to fill an evening without stepping outside. Board games are on hand when the mood calls for something low-key. A private entrance and step-free, single-level layout keep the group moving freely throughout.



Workspace & comfort

A dedicated workspace is available for anyone folding work into their stay - ideal for longer visits or remote days between Nashville outings. Central air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep the condo comfortable through the city's warm, humid summers and cooler months alike. The in-unit washer and dryer are a welcome addition for any group staying longer than a few nights.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is outfitted to handle a group without compromise. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, cooking basics, and a complete set of dishes and silverware. A dining table brings everyone together for a proper sit-down meal - a big group breakfast before heading out, or a late dinner back at the condo after a night on Broadway.



Bathrooms

Three bathrooms serve the group, each stocked with the essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, hot water, towels, and cleaning products - so no one needs to pack the basics.



Location & access

Printer's Alley is half a block away. Broadway - live music, dining, and Nashville nightlife - is two blocks on foot. Self check-in via keypad and a private entrance make arrival smooth on any schedule. Free street parking is available, with paid parking off premises as an alternative. Exterior security cameras on the property and a camera in the building hallway outside the condo are in place, along with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
