Newly renovated and beautifully decorated one bedroom, one bath condo with kitchen near downtown Nashville. King bed and sleeper sofa sleeps 4. Sleeps 5 with blow up mattress for an additional fee. First floor. No Stairs. Directly across from beautiful Riverfront Pool. Pool open only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Walk to Nashville's new Sounds Stadium in 5 min.. 15 minute walk to the heart of Germantown. 20 minute walk to the state Capitol. 25 min walk to Broadway/music row or take a 10 min cab/uber. 15 min. walk to Nashville B-cycle bicycle rental at 424 3rd Ave.

Pet friendly with adjacent pet walking area to this 1st floor condo. Laundry room and exercise room available within the complex. Cant beat this value. Parking included.

Perfect condo for what I needed for this trip! It was the perfect pet-friendly place. Quiet and perfect location in distance from downtown. Lots of construction nearby and was located near a railroad, but I barely noticed. This is a great place to stay!

Property was in a great location for us. About a mile walk downtown which we did several times. Great places to eat a few blocks away right next to the baseball park. Comfy king bed and had all we needed for our stay. Bring some white noise for sleeping. There aren’t any fans and if someone is in the unit above you it is rather loud.

Misleading location. Industrial area. We booked because it stated easy walk to attractions. It would not have been safe to walk ever due to long desolate street in industrial area. Was completely unsafe with construction on our only walking options. We found dark hairs in white tub, which means no one even looked at it, let alone cleaned it. Residue in coffee pot, we had to clean. Cardinal sin, 1/3 roll of toilet paper, no spares for 2 people, 2 days. They did come out to rectify a tv issue, but everything else makes it not worth renting. We had to pay for Ubers when we thought we could walk. Had to clean the shower. Had to leave to get toilet paper.............

Value for Money: Excellent! The drive into the property feels a little “sketchy” at first since there are several high end looking properties directly adjacent currently under construction and nearing completion. My sense is this area will have much better curb appeal once these projects are up and running. The convenient location to downtown made getting around a piece of cake! Big Perk: Free Parking and super easy access to the units! Great and very private pool area! The apartment was very clean and tidy and was supplied with dish soap, dishwasher soap, linens, paper goods, etc. The potential deficiencies include the (2) lamps in the BR are both quite wobbly and the blinds on the (2) big LR windows did not work. And although the bathroom was very clean, it is, by far, the tiniest bathroom I have ever experienced. The LR love seat is worn and the cushions definitely sag making sitting uncomfortable! Having a sofa in the LR would be better. All in all, the accommodations were good and better than average in most of the categories! Thanks!!

Great property, great area of town, easy access to everything you want in Nashville and germantown! Great location on the river. Property was as described. Overall was very clean however I gave the 4 stars for cleanliness just because the white bed sheets had lots of pet hair and stains on them but I know this is a pet friendly place and I have pets that I sometimes travel with so I wasn’t terribly upset about this just wanted to let the owner know about it just in case. Overall, I’d stay here again and it was perfect for our weekend getaway to Nashville! Thanks!

Great stay. only issue we encountered was last night the unit above us was very loud and seemed to be moving furniture or rolling things across the floor well after 11pm and into the midnight hours. it was hard to fall asleep.
