Cozy and perfect size for two! Floors were a mess, not sure if it was due to a recent flood or a rotten subfloor, but there wasn't a level section to be found. The hallway bathroom entrance was horrible, major damage under very nice plank flooring, the major dip was really hard on my wrecked knee. Bathroom was dark and a bit dated, but for the two of us it worked. Was under the misunderstanding that laundry was in unit, was disappointed to learn it was in another building. Never found the pool but learned before our trip it was closed. Location was fantastic, no neighbour issues, we heard the birds, loved being on the river. Met the neighbourhood raccoon & ground hog each morning while having coffee, was pretty cool. Wished there'd been a few cleaning supplies - would have preferred to deep clean the bathroom a couple of times during our week stay. And despite multiple efforts we could not get the livingroom tv to work, but the bedroom one did!
