This Studio is in a peaceful, area with easy highway access. Enjoy a very comfortable gel queen bed. And your own thermostat.

Your studio is completely private, no sharing a wall plus you can park very close to your own entry door and a privacy fence surrounds your own little yard.

Absolutely no smoking.. implanted alarms will sound if you smoke indoors. Owner lives on premises. but you don’t share a wall.

Close to Opry Mills shopping center and many restaurants. An easy 17 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Simple highway access to any direction.

Microwave, Counter-top Conventional Oven, 2 Single Counter-top Burners, and Refrigerator. Stocked kitchen utensils, pots pans. Fast WiFi & Roku TV channels with Peacock.

This private studio was a fabulous find for a night in Nashville. It met all our expectations and more. The host has thought of every detail from extra towels, fresh fruit and water, to blankets, etc. Communication was both timely and easy. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood; we felt safe the whole time. Prior to our stay, I had read the reviews on the bed, and they were not wrong. The gel bed is absolute comfort. If in the area, we will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends. This is VRBO at its best. Happy to give it the highest stars possible.

This studio apartment was so cute. Decorated with music memorabilia and just perfect for 1-2 people. The owner is very responsive and took care of the door lock battery within minutes. I truly appreciate the fact that she changed the lock code for each party arriving. Gives you piece of mind.

My girl of 40 some years and I spent five beautiful days in the coziest, cleanest, and most convenient place in Nashville. We celebrated our 40th by visiting Music City with day trips from Tammy Langerak's well-kept Studio and then later from her even more spacious apartment at the same location. Tammy has both offerings simply decorated in a music city style. The facilities are well stocked, with every amenity a person or couple could want. More importantly, Tammy was there with a smile to offer advice, answer questions, or address any needs we might have. Tammy is an artist singer /writer and plays a mean harmonica. Which gives her an inside line on the best places to go for quality entertainment and food. Mary and I bought one of her albums while we were there and are glad we did. We rented the Studio for the first night. It is a sweet little space perfect for a single man or woman who wants to be close the Nashville scene without emptying the bank account or having to deal with the hubbub of other guest stepping on your toes. It is well decorated, simply, and appropriately for a single man or woman or a couple. It is also a perfect spot for honeymooners or a couple like us, celebrating our anniversary. After one day in the studio, Tammy allowed us to upgrade to the apartment, so we could have a little more room to move around. I am a little overweight and needed more space to do my dance moves. The apartment has a great living room kitchen, a separate bedroom, and larger bath. A wonderful place for a couple or small family. The location is perfect. Located less than 10 minutes from Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Resort, Grand Ole Opry, the Opryland Mills Mall, two beautiful golf courses, and it is 15 minutes max to the Nashville Airport. The location is less than 15 minutes from downtown Music City happenings. Mary and I visited the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Johnny Cash Museum, The Wild Horse Saloon, the Ryman, Gaylord Entertainment, Nashville Convention Center, and we even got to take some photos at the Bluebird Cafe across from the Green Hills mall. Fantastic! Tammy gave us directions to local eateries and stores to shop for breakfast supplies. All in all, it was a great getaway. Thanks to a great place with a great landlady.
