This is our 1 BEDROOM / 1 BATH condo that sleeps 5 comfortably. This condo has the perfect touch of Music City decor that'll have you feeling like you're definitely on Nashville’s famous Music Row! This is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions!

Bedroom 1: Two Queen Beds (sleeps 4)

Common Area: Twin cot (sleeps 1)

MAIN:
The kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all the appliances essential to cook a meal. The living room has a very Nashville vibe with various guitars on the walls & a cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows.

BATH:
There is a double sink vanity & standing glass shower. Each having their own door for more privacy while getting ready.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Absolutely perfect! From booking to check-in, everything was smooth and easy. Lacey was such an angel — she answered all my questions so quickly before I booked and made the whole process stress-free. Check-in was a breeze, and the condo was spotless! We had so much space, and the bathroom was big enough for both of us to get ready at the same time (which says a lot for two girls before a night out, haha).The location was amazing — close enough to Broadway if you want to walk, but just far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Ubers were quick and super affordable, which made getting around so easy.We’ll definitely be back! Lacey was a joy to chat with and truly made our stay wonderful. I’m sure Derek is great too, but Lacey sealed the deal haha

The apartment was very well appointed comfortable and clean. It had everything (and more that we needed for our short stay). The location was perfect for us right on Music row with great access to all of Nashville including lower Broadway. The hosts were great and easily reachable. All in all definitely 5 out of 5 for us and we will certainly be booking with them in the future.

Great place for our first time in Nashville! I highly recommend it. The apartment was clean, spacious, and adequate for our needs. We ordered the items we needed from Walmart and were able to make breakfast every morning. There were plenty of dishes available and there was coffee, too. It was about a half hour walk to Broadway which was perfect for us. Thanks for everything!

This was Santa and Mrs. Claus's first try at VRBO! Unfortunately we didn't know the process to check-in at the property. Check in was 4:00 and we arrived at 3:00. There was no one to advise us of the procedures. We contacted VRBO and were told there were still people in the unit?We left and stopped for a snack. At 3:50 I received a text with entry codes. When we returned we were able to enter the unit. My wife took pictures and a video to ensure we wouldn't be responsible for any existing issues. Immediately we heard the water running in the toilet. I texted Lacey and she explained how to stop it from running. The interior decorations were appropriate and the unit was comfortable for my wife and I.The flooring was an inexpensive laminate that creaked when you walked on it. The toilet was loose and rocked when you sat on it and I think that the toilet handle was installed backwards. Other than that the unit was okay.The pool and surrounding deck area are in need of a deep cleaning. Lastly the parking spots are very tight .Overall it's all about location, location & location.

Last minute to Nashville for a couple nights. The apartment was a fantastic location about 1 mile walk to downtown mile walk to the Vanderbilt area. Check-in process very smooth, very flexible and was able to get in early. Very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here next time.

Small, Smokey, & prepare to walk

Very small, dirty building, only 1 parking pass and tight awful parking garage. Only had 1 small bedroom w/2 double beds. Looked & described bigger in the pics. Couldn't get in for an hour after arrival cause no communication on passcodes to get in. Pool not on property plus was dirty & closed. Walked 7 blocks to strip, nothing on street as far as eating or entertainment. Dead dark street. Building in bad shape, old creepy elevator & dirty stinky carpet. Didn't even have same name on building that was on advertisement. Mom & I seemed another place to stay & finally got a hotel room 8 miles from town which split up the family staying together which defeated the point of renting this joke of a place. In a nutshell I feel like we got scammed. If you work hard for your money like me you'd me hacked off tooIf you waisted it on this dump.

Perfect Nashville stay

Everything about this place was perfect. The location was exactly what we wanted, in a Music Row and close to The Gulch, the on site parking was a huge bonus. The quality and cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent, and we loved having use of the pool as it was extremely hot weather. Communication from the owners was great, check in and out was simple and straightforward. Would definitely stay here again!

Spent Labor Day weekend in Nashville for Virginia Tech-Vanderbilt football weekend. Really close to Broad Way and Vanderbilt. Nice location. Only issue was sofa bed malfunctioned but owners were extremely quick to respond and got it fixed quickly for us. I will definitely be back for a any future quick stays.
