Cute & Cozy - Minutes from Downtown & BNA

Our condo is very comfortable and offers plenty of beds for multiple guests. Located only a few minutes from the airport and about 10 to 12 minutes from downtown, you'll love the location as well as the privacy of our place.

We also own 2 other units in the same subdivision, if you have a larger group and would like to book 2 or all 3! (Max. of 24)

Our condo can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. The condo is only about 5-7 minutes from the airport and 10-12 minutes from downtown Nashville or the Opryland Hotel. You’ll love our place because of the convenient location, perfect for anyone!

Bed Setup:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed with Closet Space and En-suite Jack-n-Jill Bathroom with Walk-in Closet
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed with Dresser, 1 Twin Bed over 1 Full Bed (Bunk Bed Style), and En-suite Jack-n-Jill Bathroom with Walk-in Closet

Parking:
Convenient parking is available for guests with two uncovered, reserved parking spaces.
No campers, trailers or RV's permitted to park in the complex (per HOA rules).

Additional Notes & Rules:
- Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
- We do not allow local residents to book our homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as the items inside are intended to start your stay.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest’s risk. The homeowner is not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, illness or damages caused to the other party.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
- NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises, including the back and front patios.
- The A/C control will not allow you to go below 68°F in the summer and above 72°F in the winter
- The fireplace is only decorative; please do not burn anything in it.
- Please do not eat in any of the beds.
- Makeup removal wipes are provided; please do not use the towels and washcloths to remove makeup. There will be a charge for any additional cleaning required for stained towels.
- These units are adjacent to railroad tracks and airport, so you may experience noise during your stay.
- Lastly, for your safety, the weight limit for the bunk beds is 250 lbs. on the lower bunk, 200 lbs. on the top bunk, and 250 lbs. on the trundle bed; please do not exceed these limits.

You are free to utilize the entire condos. Hang out on the back porch, enjoy the common areas, or simply enjoy some time inside. We pretty much stay out of your way unless you need something!

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow for a late check-out, due to the quick cleaning turn-arounds that need to be made. Also, this is a condo complex, which means our unit shares one wall with the adjoining condo. Some things to note: the floors do creak in certain spots and water can be heard in the crawl space running through the pipes after flushing the toilet.

Great condo!

This condo was a perfect spot for a girls getaway! There was plenty of space and the new updates to the living room are so cute! It was only about 15 minutes from downtown Nashville too!

Location and quiet neighborhood

Perfect for our family of 3 adults. The location is great for commuting to downtown Nashville. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo was clean and ready for us. We were able to contact owners at any time. They answered all questions in a timely manner. Wifi is good. We were only there during the hours of 7:00pm-8:00am during our stay. It is quiet at night. We appreciate the attention to details. (i.e. shampoo, bar soap, and pump soap at lavatories; along with having plenty of nice towels, linens for beds and blow dryer.) Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. When in Nashville, we will rent again!!

Almost perfect!

The condo served our needs and was almost perfect....except for the terribly squeaky lower bunk. There was plenty of room for my husband and I; however, the bed squeaked so badly that we were not able to sleep together. When one person moved, it woke the other person up!! Kind of a bummer :-(

Great location, very cute!

I was very impressed with my stay here. Brian was great and answered all of my questions. The property was just as pictured, and we loved it! The location was great; it was about 11$ for an Uber to get downtown! Overall, I loved this property and would definitely return in the future!

Clean, Cute, and Close to Downtown.

The property was an end unit, which provided some privacy from the surrounding units. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking available. Property had a Jack and Jill Bathroom setup with huge closet space in each. Great for a group of 7 girls getting ready, however there was not a full length mirror. The property was nicely decorated and comfortable. No television as stated, but we brought our own. Bring an extension cord if that's your plan. About 10 minutes from downtown. Around a $23 Uber ride at night. Lost 1 star due to the kitchen issues. The dishwasher did not work, however we were informed of this. The freezer was not hooked up to water, so no ice. Cookware was available, but everything was fairly small. Brian was readily available and helpful during our stay. Would recommend this property!

Place to sleep at night

This condo looks like it was rebuilt fast just so they could take some decent pictures from afar. Workmanship is very poor. There is no TV A furnace that makes noise and un level floors. They did however have Internet service. Overall was fairly clean and beds were comfortable.
