Welcome to Nashville! Conveniently located on the Cumberland River between Germantown and downtown Nashville, our condo puts you in the middle of the best that Nashville has to offer. Nissan (Tennessee Titans) Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, The Ryman Auditorium, Broadway and The Country Music Hall of Fame are all a short walk or Uber ride away. The Germantown neighborhood is undergoing a renaissance and begs for you to explore it's pubs and restaurants. When you stay with us, you really are in the middle of the action!
Our inviting one bedroom condo accomodates up to 4 adults. We have all the amenities you need whether you are staying for the weekend or a month! The bedroom features a comfy queen sized bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and and ample furnishings to accomodate your needs during your stay. The living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, dining table with seating for four, and a small bar with stemware, ice bucket and bar tools. A fully equipped kitchen will meet whatever needs you have, from cooking a full meal to coffee and bagels in the morning. Enjoy high speed internet and cable on a large Sony flat screen TV. Enjoy your music through our bluetooth Sonos speakers. Finally, mix a cocktail or pour a glass of wine and relax on the balcony. Facing west, it offers superb sunsets and views of the Nashville skyline. Both the workout room and laundry facility are located in our building and there is covered, free parking on the premises. Great apartment with easy check in and excellent communication with host. Very clean snd had everything we needed. While the location is walkable to Broadway (20 minutes), the weather didnt cooperate for our trip with lots of rain so a short uber ride worked out just fine.

Amazing. Great location along the Cumberland River and steps from the Cumberland/Metroparks walk, taking you downtown or to Titans Stadium. Excellent customer response to questions and/or information. The unit itself is terrific, with a wonderful kitchen, a great living/dining room, a little bar area, a great soft bed, a nice patio, and just a super experience for my 3-day getaway. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Amazing place, amazing location, amazing stay

Wife and I are in good health and walk A LOT. The VRBO is 1.1 from river front. Lime, spin and Lyft e-scooters are almost always out front for those quick trips to downtown Nashville as is Lyft and Uber.The VRBO is located right on the Cumberland river with a view that is to die for! River barges, kayakers, pleasure boats, big boats., amazing. Three doors down, while we were enjoying our croissant at the BBQ, early morning, the resident was feeding two, very cute river otters.Bottom line, this place is not to be missed!

Comfy, cozy, comfortable.. bed was plush, linens cotten and luxurious.. couch was also very comfortable for sitting on .. everything was sparkling and clean..bright and light filled. Molly was a great host.. responsive, timely and pleasant.. explaining whatever was needed.. The condo was inly a mile from Broadway, and parking provided under cover. We reccomend staying here for quality, convenience and comfort.

Great Location

My husband and I were in town for a long weekend to see a concert at Ascend Amphitheater and the condo was in a great location. Very easy to find, not far from our exit off the interstate. The condo was very nice and super clean! I search out all the rentals with the top cleanliness ratings and this did not disappoint. Perfect for two people. It is located right on river and a short walk to all the downtown fun. Broadway is fun, but we like to go off the beaten path to eat and shop. We thought we would Uber to the amphitheater, but only took us 15-20 mins to walk. We didn’t use Uber all weekend. Our host was very nice and helpful. We will be staying here again.

Good apartment,poor location

Unfortunately the condo is situated in an area that is not yet fully developed. Myself and my wife were uncomfortable with the walk into the downtown area as there is a lot of homeless people in the area around the complex. Complex is also beside the downtown jail and bail bonds buildings.
