The property appeared to be in a state of renovation. There were new pieces and older ones. The stairs would be an issue for older clients. The area was unkempt with the dumpster area overflowing. I think the property management company needs to visit and make arrangements to have the outside area cleaned and better maintained. Otherwise we enjoyed the Eastside area of Nashville and we're close to the stadium and Broadway downtown.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean. There a lot of stairs to consider if that is a problem for guests. Easy check in and check out. We'd stay again!

Property was really nice and clean, however it need more outside lighting as it is located near a wooded area. Would be nice to have a TV in all bedrooms due to stairs. There is only one TV in the living room with a lot of stairs in the home. Air conditioning on bottom floor was not working properly and the microwave was not working however the owner responded upon request. Nice home be prepared for stairs and I like the garage parking. You need a car or uber for this location not a lot of things in walking distance.

I was nervous at first , but I instantly fell in love with this house ! The place was absolutely amazing . It was 3 stories . They offered a 2 car garage . I would definitely stay here again ! I’m literally booking this house in 2 months , just based on my previous stay ?

Get away 50 birthday bash and got smashed

Quiet location, close to downtown, very accomodating with privacy, beds were very comfortable, many modern upgrades.The only thing that could have been better was us locating the garage door opener. It also would have been great to have a cooler to use- its Nashville, a great place to stay hydrated!! Overall great place.

Family weekend

Very clean, well maintained property in a great location, close to downtown and other areas of interest. Living room, dining area and kitchen provides nice space for everyone to be together. Only negative we found is that kitchen is sparsely furnished if you are planning to cook meals.

Clean and convenient. Only two issues during stay. 1. The key code didn’t work upon arrival, but the host answered right away and resolved the issue within minutes. 2. The microwave didn’t work and that issue was not resolved until the second to last day (of a 6 day stay) so some food was wasted due to not being able to conveniently heat it. Overall the stay was good. Quiet neighborhood. Felt safe which was great since it was two female travelers. Bonus - door dash could find us easily #iykyk. Would stay again.

Fun experience and great stay!

Overall our experience was great. The property was as published. There was no need to contact the owner during our stay. The only recommendation is to bring your own towels to shower/bath. There was one towel per quest for three nights stay.

Wonderful stay

Me and friends rented this place for a weekend stay and loved the aesthetic of the whole place. The main floor is very open, and was good for socializing. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were in good condition, a few stains on the carpet and some crumbs in the bed were the only messes we noticed. Parking was a little cramped and tricky to figure out. Overall, this place was a wonderful stay and we would all love to come back for even longer next time!

One night stay

Cute place, comfortable bed. Really didn’t utilize the space as we had hoped. 3 family members were unable to make the trip and we couldn’t make the trip until a day after we planned to arrive. Lots of steps to get to upstairs bedrooms . Could use a good dusting and master toilet had black mold. Trash bags in garage made it pretty stinky. Did not see a garage door opener to use when arriving back to the unit. That would have been very helpful as well.

A Great Condo for a Momma/Daughter Group Vacay!

We enjoyed our stay! The space was perfect for our group which consisted of three moms and our daughters! We had a queen size bed and a bathroom to share per each mother/daughter pair. The location was great, but you can get into some rough areas nearby pretty easily if you’re not careful. We never had any issues at the actual property, though. It was easy and quick to get downtown and pretty much to all the best/favorite places we were told we had to see. We did rent a mini van for our stay so the garage was a nice plus. We were warned that there could be a noise issue due to a railroad/trains running nearby (which we heard earlier before bed) but we didn’t hear the trains at night. The white comforters/bedding could stand to be a little cleaner. There were a few small stains on them. And just overall there was some wear and tear to the baseboards and walls. The bathrooms were clean and towels were available, but if you don’t want to reuse a towel more than once or twice, depending on the length of your stay, you should bring extras along with you! The check in process could be improved a bit. The directions weren’t clear and I ended up needing to reach out to find out that I had been sent an email with a link to create a separate account to get the check in info we needed to get into the condo. Overall, though, it didn’t take long once we knew what we needed to do! Check out was really easy. We gathered our trash and it was a short walk to the dumpster. The bedding stayed on the beds and we put our towels and wash clothes in the washer before we left. Also, they request that you clean the dishes you use which was super easy bc there was a dishwasher. We all had a great time and feel like we got a good deal for the price we paid to stay. Thanks for hosting us!

Love Nashville

Great place to stay. Love the large kitchen/dining room/living room. Cable didn’t work but we had Netflix and YouTube to watch. Didn’t watch much television anyways. Loved having the garage to park both vehicles.
