'The towels were not very good quality especially with the room rates. The maintenance of the room equipment wasn’t what I would have expected for a higher end Hotel that is relatively new. '

'The hotel was under construction. The room was clean. The staff was wonderful. The wake up call system was not in operation with the construction, the shuttle service to the airport does not start until 4am. Unfortunately we had to be at the airport at 3am, but the parking spot is across the street which is 24/7.'
