'Bradley is a great asset for your hotel. We arrived an hour early and we checked in. About an hour later the power went out. Someone hit a transformer and knocked out power everywhere. It did come back on a few hours later and we were able to unlock our room with our keys. Bradley gave me his personal cell phone so I could call and find out when the power came on.'

'Had limited service from the staff. Limited amenities. A fight broke out in the lobby area during my stay and cops and ambulance were called'

'It's hard to "police" but when host multiple with company trucks suggesting to them, and even other travelers, parking allowing others to park in front of their respective room. Conveniently outside of Nashville downtown and close to the airport. '

'Let me start with the positives, the shower doors closed nicely and the hot water and water pressure were great. After that, I can say NOTHING nice about the property. We needed to check in v late because there was an electrical outage at the property. When we finally got to the room, there was only a top sheet on the bed -- no blanket, we called the front desk -- sorry, we can't do anything until the morning -- seriously, yes. But even before this, there was police activity on the property...

'The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again.'
