'We had a wonderful short stay and couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch!
The rooms and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean, and the whole place felt like the perfect little hideaway while still being close to all the great local spots. We loved every minute of our...

'Someone on site would be helpful. Be warned, you have to ask for the tea tray to be refreshed. We missed this detail, so after a day out no tea bags or milk, no-one on site. Number provided was for urgent matters only.
Broken toilet seat, damp walls.
Two hot tubs advertised, both not functioning.
Very jaded rooms. Bird poo all over the garden furniture.'

'Great sea view as right on the esplanade. Very quite. Some issues with maintenance of the room, jets not working on jacuzzi bath, and silicone around bath was mouldy. Cold tap on sink moves when turned on. We asked for our tea and coffee tray to be replenished, but that didn't get done. So was a bit disappointing for the price.'

'What a fantastic place to stay! We received a very warm welcome and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is so peaceful and scenic and we had a view of the river from our window.
Breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed a great evening meal. I appreciated the variety of vegetarian and vegan options available.
We would definitely love to stay here again if we visit the area.'
