Great location

This was the perfect location for our family vacation during Spring Break. It's a close walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The pool was nice and we had everything we needed. It was also nice that we could bring our dog. The floors and floorboards were not super-clean but it would not prevent us from coming back. Thanks!

Disappointed

Between the look of the front door and the smell of urine when you walked in did not give a good first impression at all. The overall cleanliness was lacking including the bottom of our feet were black the first day from walking on the hardwood. The pictures looked so nice online, but the linens/bedding were not the same and carpets were stained. You can hear every noise being made above you, which our dogs didn’t like of course. We had to leave the windows open because of the smell. Host did say she would communicate to the cleaners. There was strange popping noises in the walls during the night. Not sure what those were. We were really hoping for better since again the pictures were so nice on the listing. We’ve stayed at another Vrbo property before that allowed dogs and didn’t have any of these problems.

Carpet in bedrooms needs to be replaced. Appeared clean but when wipping off dining table with paper towels it was dirty.Floors also needed to be moped. Unable to use pool, it was full of leaves. But overall was Nice quiet place to relax !

Our stay here worked out good. The host was very communicative and direct. The interior of this place was updated and was nice and spaceous. For a short stay, this worked. There were piping noises inside the walls and/or upstairs when we were trying to sleep. Not sure what it was? You can definitely hear the people above you talking and walking around. The exterior painting on the doors should be considered soon. It is 1/2 block from Ocean Ave if you want close beach access. Parking is good. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was too cold outside during our visit. Thank you

Myrtle Beach Condo

Nicely furnished first floor condo walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately we heard the neighbors above until early in the morning their dogs running back and forth and they must have been moving furniture around a lot because it sounded like a freight train running back and forth through the place. I guess it all depends on who is staying there at the time. Great place to stay if you don't mind the noise.

Great Place

This condo was beautiful and nice size. Loved that it was dog friendly and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Was convenient to Bearfoot Landing and Broadway at the beach. We will definitely be back.

2023 Vacation Myrtle Beacy

House was updated and beautiful. It had everything we needed with the pool right outside the door. I will say that the pool and back of the house needed some sprucing up. I did notice men working on the house when we left. We enjoyed the house very much.

Loved the condo was just as pictures showed it. Close walk to beach and great location. Would definitely stay again. Clean and neat. Loved being able to take our small Goldendoodle. Little noisy from guests upstairs very early in the morning but think they had young children.

Perfect!

I rent a lot of VRBO properties, and this is by far the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was open and plenty big enough for myself, my daughter-in-law, and my two teenage granddaughters. It was a huge bonus that they were able to bring their furbabies! It was perfect walking distance to the beach, but having the pool steps away from the back door made it all the better! Getting in touch with the owner was incredibly easy and the one time that I had to reach out, it was my own fault. I had not checked my messages for the entry codes, which it turns out, had been sent to me prior to my arrival. The condo had everything we needed or could have wanted. I highly recommend this property and if I’m ever in the Myrtle Beach area I would most definitely rent this again. !

Nice place! Nice host!

Host was great, attentive and helpful. Place looked great as pictured & close to beach. Upstairs neighbors were not quiet during silent hours, but we did not report it until leaving. We didn't think there was anything we could do, but host said we should’ve informed her sooner. Prefer softer mattresses. Aside from these 2 minor details, it was a great stay.

The condo is exactly as advertised and seen in the pictures. The location was great with easy access to the beach and food. Took several walks to the beach. Loved being on the first floor and having the pool right outside our door. Parking is right there which is great. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend this property when visiting the area.

What a great location ❤️

The condo is a great modern place. It has nice decor and it was clean and a first floor unit. It is only 2 blocks from the beach and a quick walk, 5 minutes. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The owner was super responsive but not intrusive ❤️❤️❤️ our whole stay.

Fantastic Vacation

Absolutely love going to Myrtle Beach and staying here was perfect. Very clean place, great kitchen, and access to the pool (the screen door mesh was out near the handle when we arrived). Very minor issue. Loved the furniture and layout of the place. Great television sets in each room and WiFi was perfect. Loved the place and family all said they'd love stay there again. Great communication from the property manager too!
