Beautifully decorated and well appointed, this home truly offers its guests a home away from home experience. The large family room is a great gathering place for games and entertainment. It includes a 47' LG flat screen TV, Sony BluRay player, and lots of great family board games. Cooks will love the fully equipped kitchen with brand new Kenmore appliances, Hamilton Beach blender, toaster and coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen and family room is a high-top dining table and several high-seats located around the kitchen's granite bar-top. Step out back and enjoy a covered patio overlooking a private landscaped yard with plenty of shade, along with a grill, hooks to hang beach towels and a storage unit for beach gear.

Mom, Dad or the group leader will love the main first floor bedroom equipped with a deluxe king bed, a 47' JVC flat screen TV, large double vanity private bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, plenty of storage in the walk-in closet and dresser, and private access to the outdoor patio.

Additional 1st floor spaces include a laundry room with side-by-side Kenmore washer/dryer and full bathroom. (Garage access is for owners only.)

There are three bedrooms located on the second floor providing a variety of sleeping options: Bedroom 1 includes a king bed, bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, and bedroom 3 includes two queen beds. All rooms come equipped with flat-screen TVs and plenty of storage in the walk-in closets and dressers. A full-size bath is centrally located on the second floor for easy access.
