As you step inside, the kitchen is conveniently located to your left. Recently upgraded, this space features gorgeous granite countertops, a stylish new backsplash, and a unique stone accent wrapping the peninsula that adds a modern touch. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. You will also find all the essentials such as cookware, dishes, utensils, and silverware, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full meal. A nearby dining table offers a comfortable spot to enjoy your meals.



To the right of the entryway, the main living space opens up into a bright and inviting area designed for relaxation. This is where the condo truly shines, showcasing breathtaking northern ocean views from the 22nd floor. Large windows fill the space with natural light while framing the coastline beautifully. The living area features a comfortable queen sized bed, a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests, a dresser for storage, a wall mounted TV, and cozy seating arranged to help you unwind after a day by the water.



The bathroom has also been recently refreshed as of Spring 2026, now featuring a new vanity sink, updated lighting, added shelving, and a modern mirror. It includes a shower and tub combination along with a toilet, creating a clean and comfortable space to get ready or wind down.



For added convenience, the condo is fully stocked with essentials so you can travel light. Fresh linens, pillows, quilts, towels, and basic toiletries are all provided to ensure a smooth and stress free stay. Guests will also enjoy access to basic cable and WiFi throughout their visit.



The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
