'Pool Water Needs addressed. Only thing we had issues with. PH and Salt/Chemical Content was Way too High. Burning Eyes, and Our Kids Had Rashes all over Neck and back and legs. Their Suits were Bleached from Pool Water. We were told, No Maintenance Personnel was Available on the Weekend. The Pool is the Highlight for the kids, So their Opinions and Comfort is Most Important. Thanks. '

'We stayed on the 3rd floor and when you flushed the toilet it would make a noise for about 3 minutes. The alarm clock buzzed all night long and the refrigerator ran. The bed was good. Breakfast in the morning was very good.'

'No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. '

'Spacious rooms, great stay. The rooms were clean and fresh and the lobby was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great, though the hot tub chemicals must have been off a bit because my husband left with a chemical rash after a few sessions in the hot tub. We were a smidge disappointed with the TV-viewing experience. It kept getting pixelated, like the early '00s digital TV, which was disappointing while watching March Madness.
