'4년 전쯤 방문하고 이번이 두번째 방문인데 2층이 리모델링 되면서 더 깔끔해졌습니다. 완전 독채 빌라라서 소음에 크게 구애받지 않아도 되서 좋았습니다. 2층이 침실이고(싱글침대 4개) 1층에 코타츠가 있어서 술 사와서 밤에 마시기 좋습니다. 4명이서 친구 혹은 가족 여행에 추천합니다. 호텔보다 더 재밌는 경험이 될 수 있습니다.'

'Perfect hotel voor een bezoek aan Tokio, dicht (max 5 minuten wandelen) bij 2 verschillende metrostations met alle nodige verbindingen. Propere kamers, relatief groot in vergelijking met andere hotels in de stad. De convenience store in het hotel is zeer handig, ook een 7- eleven aan de overkant van de straat. Gratis busvervoer naar en van beide disney-parken aan het hotel. Ook rechtstreeks busvervoer naar en van beide luchthavens recht voor de deur van het hotel (dit wel tegen betaling)....

'Friendly personal. Good breakfast. Near station and small shopping mall with an Aeon which had a huge supermarket and lots of affordable clothes / sales on the other floors.
We did not get the room that we had made reservations for via expedia. Hotel personal made excuses and despite that the hotel was very full they offered us a different room. But that room was not at the seaside. So we kept the room we had received. It was still a fine room though.'

'Hotel is good. On the ground floor you can wash and dry your clothes very cheap.
The shuttle bus service is excellent. The first day we had problem to find the shuttlebus bus. We walked 19 minutes from the shinagawa station to the hotel, google map. Shinagawa is good station to go directory with Shinkansen to Osaka. Price and quality I will give a 8'
