'Beautiful rooms and outstanding views. Lack of onsite staff hampers the stay however. Virtual checkin and concierge, results in no flexibility for luggage forwarding services or other services. Meal box options could not be modified or added to, which is needed given restaurants close very early. Although rooms come with complimentary juices, snacks etc, coffee pods are limited and not replenished four stays shorter than 4 nights. Same for room refresh and towels, which is a shame if your in a...

'My wife and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The kitchen was equipped enough to cook simple meals and the view of the lake was great. It was super foggy and windy the first night but luckily it cleared up so we could enjoy it. Our only complaint were the beds being as hard as the floor but thankfully there were futon pads available so we put those on the beds and slept fine. The hot tub also worked great and was very relaxing. Also the parking is a little tight to get into. We had a very...

'We loved our stay! The room was quiet and comfortable. We loved the public baths and breakfast (we didn't have dinner with our room). The staff was very welcoming. There's also a shuttle from the hotel down to the bus stop in Motohakone or it's an easy 15 min walk. '

'Great staff, nice view, clean room and nice onsen'

'Habitación limpia y equipada'
