'Amazing staff and attention to detail. Perfect location for a staycation. My dog’s leash broke and Catherine, one of the housekeepers noticed and had a leash ordered from the local Target for us! 'Excellent hotel, very convenient place with multiple subway stations within 1-2 minutes of walking distance. Rooms were clean and kept clean during the week. No experience with the breakfast and dinner options because we would always eat somewhere else. Overall a very good pick for a citytrip.'

'We wanten to eat our selfbought diner and we could eat it in the lobby, it was no problem. Also we wanted a fan, that wasn’t a problem also. Our airco was broken and they moved us to another available room. Our toilet wasn’t flushing in the middle of the night and they sent Some-one rightaway. All the employees were very friendly and helpfull.'

'We were upgrades to a 1 bedroom in the 7th Floor. Which was generally really nice. But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'

'Lovely room, great amenities (including welcome prosecco). But the real stars of this hotel are the staff. We had to hunker down and cancel plans because of the storm and everyone was so accommodating and understanding. We were also celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond for us. I want to give a special thanks to the front desk staff including Angel, Micelle, and Simon - you guys were truly wonderful.'

'Ipv een double bed kregen wij een suite. Fantastisch groot voor NYC begrippen, en heel mooi uitzicht. De locatie is top, vlakbij subway en leuke horeca. Beneden was gratis lekkere koffie te verkrijgen, en ook op onze kamer overigens een koffiezet apparaat, magnetron etc. Schoonmaak en handdoeken op verzoek, wel zo milieuvriendelijk.'
