'There’s probably not a bad location in Montepulciano, but this place is pretty much ideal, just minutes from both the main square and the Main Street. Everything was clean and well maintained, and it has a nice rustic feel. The breakfast was great, with many sweet and savory choices in a buffet setting. The hosts are both friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!'

'Our last stay in Montepulciano left an unpleasant experience , the property was privately owned and was a rental condominium (Palazzo Danesi) The photos accurately represented the space, which was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. 'Very nice welcome by our host and we started immediately with wine tasting with cheese and bruschettas. Although we were the only guests she offered to make dinner for us. But we went into the centre of Montepulciano (walking distance) and found a few open restaurants. Beautiful centre with a few shops open despite the winter period closures. 'This property was in a beautiful location just outside of the town of Montepulciano. The room was perfect for us and our 15yrs daughter, including air conditioning (thank goodness as we had a major heatwave 40+ degrees!). The pool was also beautiful and refreshing, with large umbrellas, and a great view of town! We chose to include breakfast which was also wonderful. The young man at the front desk offered excellent suggestions for dinner in town.'
