'Schoon en simpel. Het ontvangst was onvriendelijk erg kort af.'

'It was a decent enough hotel for a one-night stay. Hotel clerk was a very nice guy and personable. Sheets were kind of thin and carpet was a little warped in two places. But not bad for a one night stay. Also didn't realize we'd be next to an Adult Store facility.'

'Excellent and friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Only Continental breakfast.'

'The probability is getting a little age, we have been going there, and they updated a few years ago, but it’s already showing age, I’m sure they have a lot of customers, however, I was very disappointed in the cost. They used to be a budget hotel now it’s a budget hotel without a budget pricing.'

'Breakfast and Aminites are good .. room is clean'

'Cost was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent, very friendly.'

'Property isn’t bad. FANTASTIC parking lot if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer behind you. Hotel itself is older and showing some signs of being tired but kept in good shape. Only complaint was I waited 20 min for the front desk clerk to show up to check me in. She was no where to be found. Not exactly what one wants after 18 hours of driving.'

'The girl at the reception at our arrival was very nice and helped us out greatly. Unfortunately the room smelled of cigarettes and could use renovation.'

'Needs to renovate..'

'That was very clean updated I had no problem with those. The tissues were not in the bathroom and I have an allergy so I needed dose. Otherwise everything on the property was very good and I would recommend a Howard johnsons to anyone traveling through Beckley'

'Ok'

'kind of a dump, doors don’t shut properly. “breakfast” was packaged muffins, pool closed.'

'We were in newer room. It there were in the middle of a remodel and the rest of the hotel was in rough shape. Room was clean.'

'The property was clean and convenient'

'The floor probably could have been swept a little better My husband found a marijuana gummy on the floor'

'This facility was hard to find. The sign from the road was Smart Extended Stay - or something like that, but in front of the building are a bunch of U-hauls available for rent, so you can't really see the faciltity from the road. Don't go down the road to the back - the office is in the front building. Park in the front. The front desk person was very nice. Check in and out was easy. The room was fine, nothing to complain about. The room must have originally been 2 double beds (or queens)...

'DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE! I arrived at night in the pouring rain after a long day of driving. The office was locked, with a note on the door saying to call this number. When I called and asked to check in, I was told they had no rooms because of a “water problem”, despite the room already being booked and paid for in advance. I was left stranded with nowhere to stay, and the guy could not have cared less. I said, “You couldn’t have called people to give them a heads up so they could make other...
