'⚠️ WARNING – VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! ⚠️ We arrived at this property in the Poconos around 8 PM, and from the moment we walked in, we were extremely disappointed. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the rooms, the door was broken, and the hot tub was not ready to use and needed hours to heat up. Because of the condition of the property, we decided to leave the very next morning around 9 AM. Afterward, the owner tried to charge us for damages that, from our experience, were already...

'Stayed for a few days in September with our adult children. The house is well laid out. The kitchen could use a little help though, there is no real countertop space. The bedrooms are comfortable and well spaced throughout the home. Be prepared that the heating and AC for each room is controlled oddly with mini splits that are tied together. The property could have used some maintenance before our arrival. The mini golf, bowling, and sitting area was covered in debris, found a blower on our last...

'The property itself was beautiful on the interior. We had a lot of problems with the front gate and getting people inside the gated community. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RECEPTION FOR CELL PHONES AT ALL SO IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ANYBODY STUCK AT THE FRONT GATE. WE DIDN’T EVEN KNOW PEOPLE WERE STUCK THERE UNTIL THEY WERE BACK ON THE HIGHWAY WHERE YOU COULD GET RECEPTION. WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF SIX CARS ALLOWED FOR THE PROPERTY. The check-in process with the front...

'We're hoping to have a wonderful vacation getaway with really important family that came to visit so we spent a lot of money for just 2 days at this location. The pictures look very promising and the outdoor amenity through the hot tub were great. However, when we got there, the situation quickly changed. The furniture is stained and looks to showled because they decided to put white fabric on everything. Outdoor area was dusting and dirty. The cushions for the outdoor furniture were stained and...
