« This property is very accurate from the photos, had a very easy check in process, and was very warm (which is crucial for this last stretch of winter). The living room was a cozy spot to watch some of our favorite movies, as well as a nice kitchen to drink coffee in and talk about the day. As for the bedroom, the bed was comfy and the heater was our best friend, as it never failed to make us warm after we ventured out into the foggy Bar Harbor area. « Had a wonderful time visiting Maine. The location of this house is great. We enjoy the quieter side of things, it was so peaceful here. 30 minutes to anywhere on the island. 30 minutes to Texans is nothing and we got to see most all of the island. Deer in the yard at night. The house had everything we needed. Be mindful the upstairs has three nice bedrooms upstairs that are all connected. « Great little cabin close to the activity of Acadia and bustle of Bar Harbor, but seemingly miles away from anywhere! Two bedrooms were perfect for my husband and I and our adult son. Bed were comfy, kitchen well stocked and the living/dining area nice for just unwinding at the end of the day. There is a fire pit area too that looked good for relaxing in the evening, but we weren’t there long enough to take advantage of it. »
